Sailun Group has invested significantly to establish research centers in Qingdao, Vietnam, Europe, and North America to form a global R&D network that understands local user needs and to pioneer new technology. These centers possess independent research and development capabilities including market research, product planning, compound R&D, tire structure design, product testing, and a full process development system.

Unprecedented integrated innovation |
Currently, there are four Sailun major R&D centers in Qingdao, China; Toronto, Canada; Frankfurt, Germany; and Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, and have set up a global technology R&D and testing system.
According to the evaluation results of National Enterprise Technology Center 2021 released by the General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission, Sailun scored 1st place among 11 national technology centers in the tire industry in China.
