Giant OTR：China's 1st and world's 3rd
First manufacture of China who successfully develop the world's largest 63-inch giant OTR Tire, which solved the cutting-edge technology in the field of giant tires.
The 63-inch tire encompasses a heavy-duty casing and bead construction with advanced compounding technology.
Other features include an aggressive tread pattern that optimizes shoulder lug stability and minimizes irregular wear, enhanced bead construction for greater load carrying capacity, a heat-resistant under-tread for reduced heat build-up and more.
The Giant OTR series is manufactured using a proprietary, “two-stage” method that involves improved placement of the belt package - as well as the tread package - on the casing, while the tire is being built. Sailun OTR have been significantly limited the problem that other manufacturers take a green casing and mold it, what happens is that it sometimes deforms the belt package.
